PASTA

We substitute a gluten free rice flour noodle on all the pastas listed below. Please allow a few extra minutes for gluten free items. We will happily substitute Tofu in any of our pastas.

PASTA MARINARA
Gluten free pasta topped with house-made marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.

PASTA ALFREDO
Made from scratch with creamy garlic sauce, gluten free pasta and fresh Parmesan. (Add chicken for only $3.00)

THAI CHICKEN
Gluten free pasta with our famous Thai peanut sauce, marinated chicken, mushrooms, julienne carrots, green onions, bean sprouts and a few crushed red peppers.

TUXEDO PASTA
Gluten free penne pasta, grilled chicken breast, sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms, tossed in a garlic cream sauce. Garnished with fresh tomatoes.

SMOKED CHICKEN CARBONARA
Smoked chicken, pancetta and green peas tossed with gluten free pasta in a fontina cream sauce. Garnished with tomatoes and Parmesan cheese.

CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA
Sautéed chicken in a spicy Cajun cream sauce with onions, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and gluten free pasta.

MEDITERRANEAN PASTA
Gluten free pasta tossed with artichokes, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomatoes in a basil pesto wine sauce. Topped with feta cheese.

SMOKED SALMON PENNE
Gluten free pasta with house-smoked salmon, tomatoes, basil, and roasted peppers in a lemon dill cream sauce.

SEAFOOD PASTA
Prawns, scallops, Cod, mushrooms, and onions in a light cream sauce tossed with gluten free pasta.

PIZZAS

All gluten free rice flour pizzas come in Regular size and are cooked in our Woodstone oven next to an open flame. Please allow a few extra minutes for gluten free items.

Fresh tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, and olive oil.

Mushrooms, pepperoni, Italian sausage, tomato sauce and mozzarella.

THAI PIZZA
Marinated chicken, prawns, mushrooms, peanuts, mozzarella, cilantro and a spicy peanut sauce. Careful, this one is very addicting!

EAST MEETS WEST PIZZA
Half Thai pizza, half Buffalo Chicken pizza.

BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA
Spicy chicken, green onions and mozzarella cheese with our house-made buffalo sauce. Served with celery and blue cheese dressing.

ASIAGO CHICKEN PIZZA
A thin layer of Caesar dressing, grilled chicken breast, chopped bacon and a blend of asiago and parmesan cheeses. Garnished with shredded romaine and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.

SPICY MEATZA PIZZA
Our house-made buffalo sauce, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, bacon, pepperoni, black olives and a six-cheese blend. Garnished with fresh diced tomatoes.

BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA
Buffalo chicken, smoked gouda, mozzarella, sliced red onions, barbeque sauce and cilantro.

HAWAIIAN PIZZA
Our house-made red sauce, Canadian bacon, pineapple, and mozzarella.

BLACK & WHITE PIZZA
Garlic infused olive oil with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Fontina cheeses, hickory-smoked bacon, and fresh ground pepper, topped with a balsamic glaze.

Our BAKED PESTO SALMON is one of our most popular dishes: Wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon baked in a basil pesto and layered with fresh arugula, Italian-marinated roma tomatoes and toasted pine nuts. Served over a wild rice and finished with a balsamic reduction.
